Ltd., a Nimbus Group Company, has implemented Harmonic's industry-leading MPEG-2 digital video solutions for its new broadcast service in India. Available on cable, satellite direct-to-home (DTH) and new media platforms nationwide, the Neo Sports channels are entirely focused on broadcasting live matches and other programming related to cricket, one of India's most popular sports. The Harmonic solution deployed at Neo Sports included DiviCom(R) MPEG-2 standard definition (SD) encoders, DiviTrackXE(TM) multiplexing and NMX Digital Service Manager(TM).
