Item 8.01 Other Events
The Acceptance of Completion of Field Trials vesting milestone, as defined in the Warrant to Purchase Shares of Common Stock issued on September 26, 2016 by Harmonic Inc. to Comcast Corporation (the “Warrant”), has been achieved as of July 31, 2018, and, in accordance with the vesting provisions of the Warrant, 1,172,425 Warrant Shares vested and became exercisable as of such date.
